ColleStefano Spumante Dosaggio Zero '21

Made with 100% Verdicchio grapes, grown in the high-altitude Matelica zone of the Marche region.

This wine is produced using the traditional method, with soft pressing, a slow, low-temperature fermentation, and maturation on the fine lees for four months in steel tanks. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by approximately 18 months of aging on the lees before disgorgement.
